The Sultan Sharif Ali Islamic University (UNISSA) with the cooperation of the
Centre for Lifelong Learning, has been offering a 2-day paid course of the Executive
Halal Programme with the aim to increase the awareness of animal welfare before
and during animal slaughter and to highlight Thayyiban concept throughout halal
meat supply chain.
