The Halal Food Control Division, Department of Shariah Affairs has been
offering a free-of-charge monthly programme with the aim to raise awareness on
the basics of halal food preparation as well as sharing information on the halal and
haram principals in Islam as well as information regarding individuals responsibility
as consumers. Expected audiences ranging from the general public as well as
officers from both government and private sectors.
